Information Systems is responsible for the voice/data/video network and computing infrastructure at Grand Rapids Community College. We establish standards as well as design, implement and maintain network, computing, and application systems that meet the requirements of the College community and support the institutions mission. In addition, we collaborate with Media Technology and the College community to integrate voice, data and video in support of technology mediated instruction.

08/05/01, 5:00 PM Resolved hardware problem which affected printing.
08/04/01, 11:00 PM: Resolved issues related to weekend power outage.
07/31/01, 10:15 AM: Resolved GRCCMAIL/Groupwise outage.
07/30/01, 12:45 PM: Resolved GRCCEDU brief outage.
07/27/01, 9:20 PM: Resolved GRCCOFC brief outage.

Current and Scheduled maintenance
06/19/01, 5:00 PM: Web Site Renovation. The GRCC web pages are undergoing a major renovation. Portions of this site will not be updated during this process which is exptected to be completed by the end of August.
08/18/01, all day Scheduled power outage in the Bostwick Ramp and Data Center. Some or all network services may be interupted..
